A high end subdivision with amazing panoramic views across the Tauranga harbour to Mount Maunganui. SABRE implemented a high end product with full black concrete kerb and footpaths and all retaining for finished sites. The steep nature of the landform was a challenge to create terraces for sites, with continued erosion/sediment. SABRE completed stage 2 in 2019 consisting of 40 lots, Stage 3 at the end of 2021 which consisted of 88 lots and are currently implementing Stage 3a and Stage 4 which is a further 65 lots.

SCOPE OF WORKS:

  • Construction of 3000 l/m of timber retaining
  • Construction of walls and balustrade up to 3m high
  • Installation of all wastewater and stormwater drainage
  • Installation and commission of a wastewater pump station and 40,000L Storage facility
  • Installation of all services and house connections
  • Supply and lay kerb and footpaths
  • Supply and lay sub-base & base course in preparation for asphalt
  • Supply and lay asphalt, road marking and street signs
