SABRE have been working with the HPA Group and WSP Opus to deliver the Longridge Country Estate earthworks and civils projects. After completing stages one and two which consisted of over 100 lots, SABRE are now progressing with stage 3 which comprises construction of a further 70 lots.

Environmental challenges during the winter season meant that collaboration between all parties was essential to allow the project to continue. SABRE managed to overcome many issues and stay on program through a very wet winter.

SABRE continue to work alongside the consults and client to ensure a cost effective delivery of project, value engineer the project going forward.
