SABRE were engaged to prepare the land for this inner harbour site. Bulk excavation was completed and the land prepared for 12 premium townhouses overlooking the water. 300 piles were drilled to a 20 metre depth then filled with reinforced concrete. After which a 3 metre high metal raft was constructed to sit on top of the piles. Retaining walls were created at the rear of the site. The SABRE Commercial team then went on to build the development.
