SABRE were engaged by Classic Developments to complete bulk excavation and commercial land preparation including flood protection at their head office site. SABRE firstly removed 5500m3 of waste fill product before importing 8000m3 of clean fill back to the site. With the clean fill SABRE constructed a flood protection bund alongside a 4000m2 carpark. A large carpark and commercial buildings have since been constructed and now occupy the site.

  • Removal of pre-load
  • Import material for bund construction
  • Drainage works and car park construction
