A very technical 13 lot subdivision in The Lakes subdivision in Tauranga. Contours and ground conditions made it challenging for erosion, sediment control and health and safety due to very restricted space between the cut bank and the retaining.

Emphasis and a great deal of care on this area of the project was paramount to comply fully with the Bay of Plenty Regional Councils requirements.

SCOPE OF WORKS:

  • Construction of  timber retaining walls 1.5 – 4.5 meters in height
  • Installation and maintenance of wastewater & stormwater diversion
  • Installation of wastewater and stormwater drainage
  • Installation of water mains and house connections
  • Construction of 13 lots with approx. 5000m3 of imported sand fill
  • Maintenance and upgrade of erosion and sediment controls
  • Supply and lay sub-base & base course in preparation for concrete
  • Supply and lay concrete for footpaths and vehicle crossings
